The Ti-Ahwaga Players, in Owego, N.Y., recently announced auditions for their June 2017 production of the high camp and glamorous Tony award winning musical, La Cage Aux Folles.
The auditions will be held at the Ti-Ahwaga Community Playhouse at 42 Delphine St. in Owego on Thursday, March 16 beginning at 7 p.m. and on Saturday, March 18 beginning at 10 a.m.
The 22 member cast ensemble calls for men and women of ages 18 upwards to 50 years of age. Singers and dancers (both male and female) are needed. Those auditioning should provide a one-minute comedic monologue and a song (preferably a Broadway show tune) to sing. An accompanist will be provided.

Rehearsals for the production will start as of Sunday, April 2 and continue through to the June 2 opening of the show. The production will run the first three weekends in June, closing on June 18.
The show is under the direction of James Osborne.
