Economic Development in Tioga County recently announced that they are seeking qualified contractors who are certified New York State Minority and Women-Owned Businesses for the revitalization project at Owego’s Parkview Hotel and Restaurant located at 145 Front St. in Owego to be included on a List of Qualified Contractors.
Bids will be sought to complete interior and exterior renovation work as part of the 2016 New York Main Street Program’s Downtown Anchor Project at the Parkview, which will commence during the current year.
According to Economic Development, requirements include providing references, experience and proof of $1 million dollar minimum each of General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance.
