The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce Spirit of Tioga Community Awards were presented at the Chamber’s Annual Dinner on Feb. 9, at Tioga Downs in Nichols, N.Y.

This year’s You Can Do It theme encouraged attendees to focus on the idea that anything is possible by utilizing determination, effort and ingenuity. Participants enjoyed an evening of hors d’oeuvres, dinner, music and a silent auction, along with the award ceremony.

The silent auction, with items donated by Chamber businesses and supporters, as well as a food drive in recognition of National Canned Food month, with items to be given to the Tioga County Rural Ministry food pantry, was also a feature at the event.
