On Jan. 21, 2017, at about 2:30 p.m., New York State Police at Owego arrested Curtis E. Boone, age 32 of Newark Valley, N.Y., for two counts of the misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree.
According to police, the arrest occurred after a traffic stop where Boone was a passenger in the vehicle. An investigation determined that he unlawfully possessed a small amount of LSD and methamphetamine.
Boone was issued a ticket returnable to the Town of Newark Valley Court on Feb. 9, 2017.
