Tioga Allies in Substance Abuse Prevention to Host ‘Nichols Community Talks about Substance Abuse’ panel night

Tioga Allies in Substance Abuse Prevention (ASAP) Coalition would like to invite community members to the “Nichols Community Talks about Substance Abuse” panel discussion on Tuesday, Jan. 10 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.; doors will open at 6:30 p.m. The event will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, 148 Main St. in Nichols, N.Y. and is hosted by the coalition.

There will be panel members from the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office, the district attorneys office, affected parents, persons in recovery, and Tioga County Mental Hygiene. Trinity-CASA Prevention, STAP, and Mental Hygiene will have information tables and will also be available for questions.

The panel event is the first hosted by Tioga ASAP Coalition and is an opportunity for people to come ask questions, hear stories, or just listen and get informed about the substance abuse issues facing our county and communities.
