The New York State Police at Binghamton are investigating the report of a missing person, 36-year-old Jaime C. Nieves.
Nieves was last seen in the area of Park Ave. in the City of Binghamton on Dec. 3, 2016, at approximately 11:44 p.m.
He has not had any known contact with friends, family or associates since then.
This is highly unusual behavior for Nieves.
State Police in Binghamton is asking for any assistance or information regarding Nieves whereabouts on, or after, Dec. 3, 2016.
