Former Owego musician’s song to be included in Hallmark Channel movie next SundayPictured, Eva George, a former resident of Owego, will have one of her songs featured in the upcoming Hallmark Channel original movie, A December Bride, which airs on Sunday, Nov. 20.

Former Owego musician and songwriter, Eva George, wrote and performed a song in the upcoming Hallmark Channel original movie, A December Bride. The movie will air on Sunday, Nov. 20, at 8 p.m. on the Hallmark Channel.

Her song, “A Party for Two”, is from the album An Afternoon with Ella. Eva wrote this vocal jazz album while living in Nashville, Tennessee in honor of her parent’s 50th anniversary. After the initial recording, her producer, Rob Galbraith (Ronnie Milsap) suggested she turn it into a full release.

The track will be in a dance scene, according to the movie music supervisor. Eva stated, “I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a small part of the classic Hallmark Christmas season. The musicians on the album were amazing and it was a true labor of love. It is an honor.”

The album is also available on iTunes and through her website at www.EvaGeorge.com.
