The following are some notables from the Fall 2016 State Level Competition.
Cross Country – Finished season Ranked #20 in the state (reached as high as #10 mid-season). State Championship Qualifiers who ran at Chenango Valley State Park this past weekend (Nov. 12) and their times: Angel Keppler 22:14, Skylar Pierce 22:14.4, Clayton Wolfe 16:56, Nate Bowers 17:17, and Vince Duvall 18:02.
Swimming – State Championship is this weekend, held at Ithaca College. Prelims were on Friday, Nov. 18 at 10:30 a.m. Championships are Saturday, Nov. 19 at 10 a.m.

Students qualified as follows: 200 Medley Relay – Emma French, Amanda Foster, Jenn Scott and Emma Stephenson; 200 Individual Medley – Summer Pierce; 50 Freestyle – Katie Shoen; 100 Butterfly – Summer Pierce; 200 Freestyle Relay – Katie Shoen, Jenn Scott, Emma French and Summer Pierce; 100 Backstroke – Katie Shoen; and 400 Freestyle Relay – Summer Pierce, Emma Stephenson, Emma French and Katie Shoen.
Volleyball – Won their 3rd Regional Championship in four years, advancing to their 3rd State Championship in four years, this weekend in Glens Falls. Pool Play is on Saturday, Nov. 19 beginning at 8:30 a.m. The State Championship match is on Sunday, Nov. 20 at noon. Other notable Fall Athletic Accomplishments include Football – Class B Semi-Finalist; Boys Soccer – Class A Semi-Finalist; Girls Soccer – Class A Semi-Finalist; Golf – Class B Sectionals Nolan Rezmerski and Brendan Evans; and Tennis: Natalie Braman – NYS Qualifier, Class B Sectionals Singles – Natalie Braman and AnnMarie Mantei, and Class B Sectionals Doubles – Lauren Angelone and Ella Kopalek.
