The cat, Chips, is still missing from the downtown Owego area, and is possibly heading to Halsey Valley Road. Chips, a black cat with some white markings, went missing about two to three weeks ago from downtown Owego in the business district. Her family thinks she may be headed towards Halsey Valley.
Posters of Chips have been circulated, and her photo and information has been networked; but she is still missing, and her family wants her home. They are now offering a $100 reward for her safe return.
