The Tioga Employment Center – Workforce NY and the Tioga Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the Second Annual Tioga County Job Fair on Tuesday, March 8. The Job Fair will be held at the Owego Treadway Inn from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Eighty employers are participating this year, creating two floors of job opportunities. All employers at this event will have open jobs that they are hoping to fill.
With many employers utilizing online applications, this is a great opportunity for job seekers to meet and speak with employer representatives in person. Employment opportunities include entry level to professional, and cover a broad spectrum of occupations.
Job seekers wanting more information on jobs available or would like to pre-register for the job fair can stop in to their local Workforce office, or stop in or call the Tioga Employment Center, 1062 Rt. 38, Owego at (607) 687-8483.

Job seekers can also access the New York State Department of Labor website at newyork.us.jobs to view current open positions or visit individual employer websites to view their job postings.
Job seekers will also receive a packet at the job fair registration desk on March 8 with a list of employers, table number, and jobs available with that employer.
