The Friends of the Coburn Free Library are pleased to announce that the fall book sale will take place on Thursday, Nov. 5 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.; Friday, Nov. 6 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and on Saturday, Nov. 7 from 1 to 5 p.m. A Bag Sale will take place from 3 p.m. to the close of the sale on Saturday.
The sale will be held at the Coburn Free Library located at 275 Main St. in Owego. As always, there will be print books for adults, teens and children, magazines, CDs, movies and more.
Tickets will also be available for a quilt raffle currently being held at the library. The beautiful green and yellow, handmade quilt is available for viewing at the library. Tickets are only $1.00 a piece. The last day for ticket sales is Saturday, Nov. 7. This quilt would make a lovely addition to your home or a wonderful present for the holidays.
