On July 29, 2015, the New York State Police in Binghamton arrested Timothy S. Roche, 49, of 388 Ingraham Hill Rd., Binghamton, N.Y. for Attempted Rape in the 1st Degree and Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd Degree.
According to State Police, he was arraigned in the Town of Binghamton Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
The Investigation is continuing.
