Summer Fun at the Coburn Free Library

The Friends of the Coburn Free Library are very pleased to announce the remaining lineup of summer events. On July 15, at 10 a.m., Jim McCarthy will entertain with songs and books.

Live animals will be at the library on July 22 and on July 29; Abbey Hendrickson will provide stories and crafts.

All of these programs take place at the Owego United Methodist Church hall on Main Street, beside the Coburn Free Library.  All events begin at 10 a.m., and are sponsored by the Town of Owego. The events are free of charge.

In addition, a special program by Paul Merklein, cartoonist, will feature a lesson on how to draw Superheroes. This program will be held at the Library at 7 p.m. on July 14. This program is designed for upper elementary students.
