All northern Tioga kids and their families are invited to enjoy the creations of renowned PopArt Artist Michael Albert on Tuesday, July 21 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Berkshire Fire Station, Route 38. Albert will be guiding those attending in a fun hands-on demonstration to create their own PopArt collages.
The event is free of charge and a part of the Berkshire Free Library’s Summer Reading Program.
All area children ages five to 12 are also invited to the “Every Hero Has a Story” Summer Reading activity sessions on Thursdays in July from 10 a.m. to noon at the Berkshire Fire Station and at the library.
The programs will also be a part of the Richford Summer Youth Program. Independent Reading for prizes will continue all summer at the library and at the Richford program.
