Is your child interested in scouting? Boy Scout Troop 38 in Owego invites any boy older than 10 or who has completed the fifth grade and their family to attend Troop 38’s annual picnic on Sunday, June 7.
Troop 38 is all about outdoor adventure, helping others, learning new skills, making new friends and most importantly, having fun with a great group of guys.
