Thank God to all!

Dear Editor,

This letter is written to thank God and everyone else who helped make the “Greater Owego Tent Revival” meetings happen at Marvin Park Sept. 11-14, 2014. The voice of truth and God’s love was poured out and heard over the land. It was so encouraging to see brothers and sisters from many different churches join together to praise Jesus, sing worship songs, hear testimonies, and hear the simple message of the Gospel.

Jesus loves us and wants us to love one another with His love.

While spending time at the tent of meeting, I was given a poem that I would like to share. Enjoy it and pass it on. You never know how your gifts and talents can bless God and others who may need a word of encouragement.

BELIEVE

Here I sit in the Revival Tent being a watchman on the wall,

Knowing My JESUS Loves me

and will will HELP me whenever I call.

His LOVE for me is really true

and He wants to share HIS LOVE with YOU.

Whether I hurt, feel happy, sad or mad,

Knowing Jesus LOVES me, does make my heart glad.

He’s reviving my soul from day to day,

And I am Blessed, so Blessed

to know HIS LOVE will NEVER, NEVER go away.

I can repent of my sins and LET GO of my past,

Because I know Jesus’ LOVE for me will always last.

So BELIEVE that HE’s REAL,

He will heal your broken heart today,

Be willing to change and walk a NEW way!

You can enter God’s KINGDOM of Love, Joy, Peace and Rest,

Yes, Jesus LOVES us and wants HIS children to have HIS Best!

So cry out to HIM when you have a need,

He hears ALL your prayers and can perform MIRACLES indeed.

There is GOOD NEWS!  GOOD NEWS! JESUS lives and HE’s ALIVE!

YES, HE’s coming back to get HIS PURE, LOVELY BRIDE!

So get READY people and DON’T delay,

Let JESUS soften your heart, speak to you

and show you HIS LOVE from YAHWEH!
