On Tuesday, the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce welcomed Hard Knox Boxing and Fitness to the community by hosting a ribbon cutting event.
The new business, owned by Jeff and Linda Sibley, is located at 59 1/2 East Ave. in Owego, N.Y.
Hard Knox Boxing and Fitness is a local gym set up to teach the fundamentals of boxing. Personal training is also available upon request by calling (607) 372-0944.
The gym is open noon to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
