The Tioga Arts Council (TAC) invites guests to help them celebrate the creative talents of local art students.
The exhibition, entitled “In Every Child Lies an Artist”, will include works by students from Newark Valley High School and Owego Free Academy, and will be on display at the TAC through May 26.
