Parrot is a four and a half year old Black Lab. He arrived at Stray Haven just over a month ago as an abuse case.
Parrot had a softball size tumor on the side of his face that had been neglected. The tumor has been removed, and the vet has declared him cancer-free.
He plays well with other pets, and has a sweet personality. Now he just needs a loving home.
The adoption fee for Parrot is $155, which includes his neuter and all of his shots.
Visit Parrot at Stray Haven, 194 Shepard Rd. in Waverly during shelter hours of Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Wednesday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
