A Fidelis Care representative will be available at the Van Etten Library on Wednesday, Jan. 7, from 3 to 7 p.m. to answer questions about health insurance and help eligible residents apply for enrollment.

The deadline to enroll in products offered through New York State of Health: The Official Health Plan Marketplace is Feb. 15, 2015. Enrollment in Medicaid Managed Care and Child Health Plus is year-round. Fidelis Care also offers Medicare Advantage and Managed Long Term Care through Fidelis Care at Home.
Current Fidelis Care members may receive assistance completing their annual recertification at this event.
