Mark S. Gorgos, Esq., a partner in the Binghamton law firm of Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP, has been appointed to the Northern District of New York Federal Court panel of attorneys responsible for investigation and prosecution of attorney disciplinary complaints.
Gorgos has served as Coughlin & Gerhart’s Managing Partner since 2004. His practice is focused in commercial law including Federal bankruptcy court matters, commercial finance transactions, and education law. He serves on both the Finance Committee and the Audit Committee for the New York State Bar Association and is the co-chair of the State Bar Electronic Communications Committee. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and the Upstate Edition of New York Super Lawyers.
