The season of gratitude is here, and Tioga Opportunities, Inc. invites the community to join them for the annual Thanksgiving luncheon on Thursday, Nov. 20, at 11:30 a.m. at the Countryside Community Center, 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd., Owego.
All are invited to share in the warmth of good company and a delicious homemade-style meal featuring roasted turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green bean casserole, and pumpkin pie.
“It’s the perfect way to kick off the holiday season,” a representative from TOI wrote in a press release.
The meal is offered for a suggested contribution of $5.00 for those ages 60 and older. Those under 60 are $7.00. Seating is limited, and reservations are required.
