On the same day as Owego’s Homecoming on Oct. 14, volunteers and members from Kathy Hansen School of Dance held a bake sale, alongside Smokey Legend BBQ, nearby Talcott Street and by Owego’s Hose Company No. 3 in The Flats.
Volunteers braved the rain, as well as the many customers that arrived.
