On Tuesday Jan. 19, 2021, members of the Owego Police Department assisted the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office with executing a warrant for the arrest of John Morris in the Village of Owego.  

According to police, Morris fled his home, and with the assistance of Owego Police K-9 Unit Officer Rick McCulskey with K-9 Sig, and Officer Andrew Pike with K-9 Mags, tracked Morris to a location where he was taken into custody.
