Family Enrichment Network, Tioga County Early Head Start and Head Start are now accepting applications for the current school year and 2020-2021.

They service children ages six weeks to four years old living in Tioga County, with sites at Waverly, Newark Valley and Owego.
Applications are accepted year round.
