The 11th annual Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway of Valor Tribute Ride departed the Owego Free Academy last Saturday to embark on a near 100-mile trek down the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial Valor of Highway, Route 38, which ends in Hannibal, N.Y. and at the American Legion.
