Stray Haven Pet of the Week

Stray Haven Pet of the Week

My name is Pumpkin! I came in with my two kittens when our owner could no longer care for us. I am very sweet and love attention, which is why the staff let’s me roam free in the lobby at Stray Haven.

It’s because I love to just sit on my cat tree and gaze out the window every day.  I’m very low key and very low energy and I get along with other cats and dogs. I see them all come and go at the shelter and nothing phases me.

I do have to be on a grain-free diet because when I came in I had some skin issues that do flare up if I’m not kept on my steady diet. The staff has also given me probiotics, which really help and I love the taste!

I do often get passed over for adoption because I’m middle aged and because I’m a black cat, and I have some scarring on my face from my past skin issues.  But it’s easy to control with a steady diet and I’ll be the easiest and calmest cat you’ve ever had.

I also love to wear outfits and often I can be seen in different dresses and t-shirts, as I am a budding fashionista! If you are looking for a low key, easy and loving cat, I’m your girl!
