Boys and Girls Club to host information night

The Tioga County Boys and Girls Club will be hosting a Parent Information Night on Monday, May 13 at 6 p.m. Parents of current and prospective Club members are encouraged to attend. 

The evening will provide an opportunity to hear about new programs being offered this summer as well as learn and understand Club policies and expectations for youth. Parents will also have an opportunity to meet and get to know the Youth Development Professionals that work with their children, as well as the Directors. 

Parents are encouraged to attend, bring their questions, and develop relationships with staff to help their kids have the best Club experience. The Club aims to partner with parents to achieve the best possible outcomes for youth. Light refreshments will be served.

The mission of the Tioga County Boys and Girls Club is to enable all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Youth Club Memberships are available for $25 per year and can be purchased at any time. 

Youth summer hours at the Club will be 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is geared towards students in grades six through 12. Scholarships are available for those in need of financial assistance.
