April Book Reviews at the Library

The Friends of the Coburn Free Library invite the community to attend the three remaining Noon Hour Book Reviews, held every Wednesday in April. These popular events begin promptly at 12:10 and end at 12:45 p.m.

Sandwiches, bottled water and coffee are available at a very reasonable price, making it easy to combine a delicious lunch with an entertaining and informative book review.

On April 10, 10 percent Happier, written by Dan Harris, will be reviewed by Dr. Keith Nichols. The reviewer for April 17 is Meredith Gallaro. She will be discussing Meg, Jo, Beth, Amy: The Story of Little Women and Why it Still Matters by Anne Boyd Rioux. The final review will take place on April 24. The book is Educated written by Tara Westover. It will be reviewed by Lucy Nelson.

All reviews are held in the Fellowship Hall of the United Methodist Church, located next to the Coburn Free Library on Main Street in Owego. Access to the hall is available from the church parking lot and from the driveway.
