The Tioga Outreach Center recently announced that due to restructuring, they will be open on the following dates and times, temporarily: March 19 from 9 a.m. to noon, closed on March 20, on March 21 from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m., closed on March 22, open on March 26 from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m., on March 27 from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m., on March 29 from 9 a.m. to noon, on March 29 from 9 a.m. to noon, on April 2 from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m., on April 3 from 9 a.m. to noon, on April 4 from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3 p.m., and on April 5 from 9 a.m. to noon.
