It’s safe to say April the Giraffe is a New England Patriots fan. For the second year in a row, April has picked the Pats to win the Super Bowl!

It’s only fitting that the world’s most-watched giraffe predict the winner of the country’s most-watched sporting event! April, who went viral in 2017 during the highly anticipated birth of her calf, Tajiri, has picked the New England Patriots to triumph over the Los Angeles Rams in this year’s Super Bowl.

Video captured inside the giraffe barn shows each team equally represented with giraffe-size signage, as April makes her approach. She stops in the center of the two signs, and seems to carefully consider her decision for a few moments before committing to either team. Her definitive decision made by reaching her long neck, and resting her head atop the Patriots sign!

“April the Giraffe is proving to be quite loyal to our neighbors in New England,” Jordan Patch, owner of Animal Adventure Park, said. “Every year, the park welcomes more guests from states like Massachusetts and Connecticut. We have a feeling they’ll like her prediction!”

This is the third consecutive Super Bowl appearance for the Patriots. If April’s prediction is correct, it will be the sixth NFL championship for the franchise. Be sure to tune in for the big game on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET to see whether our April called it right!

Animal Adventure is an interactive, educational animal park, home to over 100 species, located in the hills of Harpursville, N.Y., which is 15 minutes outside of Binghamton, N.Y.
