Marie Preston of Sayre was the winner at the Valley Bridge Club’s Tuesday afternoon bridge game, held on Jan. 8 in Athens Township. Joan Gustin of Towanda was tied for second place with Chuck Campbell of Burlington.
Bob Urban of Waverly was the winner at the Valley Bridge Club’s Monday evening bridge game, held on Jan. 14 in Athens Township. Tied for second place were Martha Lasley of Ithaca and Pam Stanfield of Towanda.
The Valley Bridge Club, located between Elmira, Lockhart and Westbrook Streets in Athens Township (Sayre), offers bridge lessons and duplicate bridge games.
