Girl Scout Troop 61152 of Endicott and Endwell earned a Community Service patch by helping out recently at the Tioga County Open Door Mission in Owego.

The girls dressed, combed, and packaged up over 200 Barbie dolls. The dolls will be sold at the thrift store to benefit the Mission’s three food pantries.

The Open Door Mission is a non-profit organization that has served the community for over 50 years, providing men’s sober living, three food pantries, an outreach center and ten recovery meetings.
