Emma R. Siemer, a resident of Owego, N.Y., was named to the Dean’s List for the fall 2018 semester at Alfred University (AU). She is a senior in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Students must earn at least a 3.5 grade point average to qualify for Dean’s List.
Siemer is a Psychology major at Alfred University. A graduate of Owego Free Academy, Siemer is the daughter of William Siemer and Deborah Short Siemer of Owego, N.Y.
