Katie Tracy, who served as the executive director at the Tioga County Boys & Girls Club for the last few years and Bill Motzko, who has served as president of the club for the last three years, were recently recognized as the 2018 Woman and Man of the Year at The Tioga County Boys & Girls Club, located on Erie Street in Owego, N.Y.
They were chosen for their commitment and outstanding service to the club, and for their support of the youth served.
