Want to learn a new recipe that’s perfect for fall? Join Tioga Opportunities, Inc. on Nov. 28, at 4:30 p.m. at Confection Connection, located at 59 North Ave. in Owego for a fun night of cooking instruction with friends, old and new!
The cost for the class is $20 per person; all ingredients and supplies will be provided. The class will be limited to the first eight people to sign up.
