Susquehanna Valley Audubon to meet on November 20 in Sayre

The Susquehanna Valley Audubon will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 20, at the Athens Wesleyan Church located at 3903 Wilawana Rd. in Sayre. 

At 7 p.m., Bill Ostrander from the Chemung Valley Audubon Society will present a program on Winter Birds at your feeder and yard. A poor summer for conifer seeds in Canada will bring irruptive species like Evening Grosbeaks in high numbers to feeders in our area. 

The public is invited to this free program

At 6 p.m. the club has its traditional dish to pass supper in the gym of the church. Please bring a dish to pass and your own table service. The club will provide coffee, tea, water and a dessert. There will be a short meeting in the library before the program.
