A remembrance gathering will be held at the Candor Veterans Memorial in Maple Grove Cemetery at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 11, Veterans Day.
Bob Riggs will be the featured speaker following an opening prayer by Don Quick. Roy Yarrington will share a reading of the poem, In Flanders Fields.
All are welcome to come and listen, honor and reflect on the service and sacrifice of veterans to keep us free.
