Tioga Opportunities, Inc. will once again be honoring veterans with a “Wall of Honor,” which will be on display at the Countryside Community Center, located at 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd. in Owego, from Nov. 5 to Nov. 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The special display recognizes and honors veterans and current military personnel for the bravery and sacrifices they’ve made to preserve our country’s freedom. Tioga Opportunities is pleased to honor and thanks veterans and encourages anyone interested in honoring a loved one or themselves to display a service photo.
Please bring photos, newspaper clippings or memorabilia to the Countryside Community Center on or before Friday, Nov. 2 to be included in the display. Put your name on any of the items you bring in. Items can be picked up the following week.
