When it comes to loving horses, Tioga County 4-H member Alison Goodrich will tell you how much she loves horses and riding. Through her artwork, Alison’s love of horses comes alive.

This 17-year-old 4-H member has learned how to draw through her own research, practice and hard work. Over the course of many years, it has been a pleasure for staff, judges and the public to see Alison’s growth as an artist through her drawings.

Alison’s Drawing, Imperial, received a “Best of Fair” recognition at the New York State Fair in the 4-H Fine Arts Category. This distinction is given to the project deemed to be the very best work that is determined by the judges.

Congratulations Alison!
