Do you, or a loved one you care for have a chronic health condition? Join Tioga Opportunities, Inc. for a series of “Living Healthy” workshops that are being offered this fall at the Countryside Community Center, located at 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd. in Owego.
Topics to be discussed will include arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, chronic pain, and much more.
The workshops will be held every Thursday from Oct. 11 through Nov. 15, from 9 to 11:30 a.m.

With your registration, you will receive a relaxation CD, a book titled Living a Healthy Life, as well as healthy snacks during each session.
