The Indians celebrated a win at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse last Friday, where Owego saw a wide victory, defeating Fowler, 56-14 in the annual Kickoff Classic.
Also on Friday, Owego Quarterback Tyler Phelps was named the Most Valuable Player. He was selected team MVP by the CNY Chapter of the National Football Foundation.
