On Sunday, July 15, 2018, the area’s finest independent artists transform Owego’s Draper Park into an outdoor art gallery. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine.
This unique event is always a local favorite.
New this year is a free En Plein Air workshop for children, ages seven and up. During the workshop, children will learn about the En Plein Air method, paint an outdoor scene at Draper Park, and have a beautiful piece to take home.
The workshop will run from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Draper Park, located at 132 Front St. in Owego.
