The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to host a Ribbon Cutting for Giggle Box Playhouse LLC. The ribbon cutting will take place at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 6, at 31 Barton Rd. in Apalachin.
Giggle Box Playhouse LLC is a quaint, New York State licensed daycare facility located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by Muth Park ball fields. According to a press release received by the Chamber of Commerce, they provide affordable, convenient, dependable childcare, in a peaceful and relaxing environment, surrounded by nurturing staff.
They also noted that the property was reconstructed and updated to ensure age appropriate learning and play space for the children.
The center is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., offering individual classrooms to infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school age children four to six years of age. During the summer, Giggle Box Playhouse LLC also offers a Summer Camp program for children registered for kindergarten, or age four through age eight, for a rate of $155 per week.
The summer program offers creative learning, arts and crafts, music and literacy, walking field trips to Muth Park, cooking and gardening activities, as well as water fun days and field days.
