On May 23, 2018, the Owego Police Department and the New York State Police CNET unit executed a search warrant at 240 East Temple St., the first floor apartment, in the Village of Owego.
As a result, on May 29, Daniel E. Webb, age 33 of Owego, N.Y., was arrested for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree – heroin, a class B Felony.
Webb was arraigned in the Village of Owego Court and was remanded to the Tioga County Jail without bail.
The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the arrest of Webb.
