Join Tioga Opportunities, Inc. for a presentation, offered by Mike Middaugh from the Tioga County Veterans’ Service Agency, on Tuesday, April 24 from 1 to 2 p.m. The presentation will take place at the Community & Fitness Center located at 57 East Tioga St. in Spencer.
