On March 29, 2018, the Owego Police Department arrested Jacobe D. Flanagan, age 19 of Watkins Glen, N.Y., for two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 5th degree.
Flanagan was arrested by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant issued by the Village of Owego Court, and relayed to the Owego Police Department.
The arrest was the result of purchases of methamphetamine made by the Owego Police Department during the month of October.
Flanagan was arraigned in the Owego Village Court and was remanded to the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
He is a great talented young man. I pray he can get straightened out. God bless him
