Spring has sprung, and the Tioga Arts Council has an early bird special for artists who would like to participate in this year’s En Plein Air, scheduled for Sunday, July 15.
Beginning now and through April 7, artists can submit an application at discounted rates of $15 for Tioga Arts Council members and $25 for non-members.
Applications and payments must be submitted to the Tioga Arts Council by 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 7 (or postmarked April 7) for the discount to apply. After April 7, standard rates apply and all registrations are non-refundable.
This year’s En Plein Air will take place at Draper Park in Owego. To access an application, visit www.tiogaartscouncil.org/.
