Charlsie Bowen, a senior at Mansfield University, earned a 4.0 GPA in the fall semester, making the President’s list. She also competes on the Track and Field team, where she holds the record in Pole-vaulting.
Her sister, Malley Bowen, a sophomore at Keystone College, had a 3.82 GPA. She also competes on the Track and Field team where she holds the records for hurdles and long jump.
Malley plays for the Keystone Volleyball team as well, and in the fall she recorded her 1000 assist.
Both attended Tioga Central School, and their parents are George and Jana Bowen of Owego, N.Y.
