Ruby is a beautiful four and a half year old female American Staffordshire Terrier mix. She is a fantastic girl, she rarely barks, knows basic commands, and can walk nicely on a leash.
While she does jump up on people, she is very, very gentle about it. Ruby just really likes getting hugs from everyone! She absolutely loves chew toys and is easy going for nail trims and baths.
Ruby does not get along with cats or other dogs and needs to be in a home without young children. Ruby is spayed, micro-chipped, is up-to-date on her vaccinations and is Stray Haven’s longest canine resident, just waiting to be adopted!
Visit Ruby at Stray Haven Humane Society and SPCA, 194 Shepard Rd. in Waverly on Tuesday and Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
